JSOTF-P Commander speaks about honoring Philippine and US comrades



ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines (May 28, 2011) Capt. Robert Gusentine, Commander of Joint Special Operations Task Force – Philippines (JSOTF-P), presides over a Memorial Day Ceremony held at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Memorial on Camp Navarro. More than 100 Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, and Sailors attended the event. Since 2002, more than 560 Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) service members and 17 JSOTF-P members have given their lives in the fight against terrorism in the Philippines.
